Today Boston's school had a "Mom and Me Luncheon" for all the kindergartners. It was a fun mother's day celebration and the kids all got to have school lunch in the cafeteria for the first time. Boston can't wait to go to first grade for that very reason, and we had a yummy school lunch, at least in the kids opinion. I didn't really take a lunch when I was younger, but these kids get a feast. Seriously, they had a choice today of chicken nuggets or hamburgers, fries, rolls, fruit, salad, jello, brownies and milk. Delicious!!!
Boston had a smile this big the whole lunch hour.
Boston has been talking about the special Mother's Day gifts they have been working on in class. It was all the wonderful keepsakes that every mom loves, and of course bring a little tear to your eye too. I love you Boston!
