Lake Powell

We LOVE Lake Powell, so we were very excited to squeeze in a quick trip before heading home to Texas. It was probably our smallest crew yet, just our little family, Bob & Kathie and Craig & Kailee, but we had a blast! We spent most of our days out on the lake, wakeboarding, waterskiing, cliff jumping, and relaxing. The water levels were high and it was goregeuous down there! We found some great overhangs to relax in...some prefer the shade, but I think I could have layed out in the sun on my lil' raft all day! Sigh...just thinking about it makes me wish I was back there! It was so great to be together as a family, with no distractions, and our kids loved every minute of it too! Thanks Bob and Kathie for the fun trip!!!

Trav took each of the kids out on the wakeboard a few times. They loved it, even Colston was squealing to get back out there.

It's been a long time since I've wakeboarded, so I had try it out a few times too. It was worth all the sore muscles I am still trying to stretch out!

Sometimes I wish my kids weren't as fearless as their dad, but maybe it's a good thing, right?

Everyone needs a good nap on the boat every once and a while too.....
