Travis, Colston and I took a quick trip to Utah to take care of some things with our house up there over the weekend.
(Yes, we still own our house in Provo, so if you know anyone who is looking to rent/ buy a great home let us know :)
Brian and Mary were so nice to watch our two other rugrats for us so we could go.
It was a short trip, but I think something we both needed to relax and recharge. It was so great to hang out with both of our families. I miss the days of the whole Fitch clan getting together in the family room and talking for hours! We were able to eat at some of our favorite restaurants with my family (Bajios and Brick Oven I miss you!) Trav went to the BYU basketball and football games. I spent some much needed shopping time with my mom and Megs. (Retail therapy works wonders for us Smith girls ;)
Best of all we caught up with family and friends, that we miss terribly!
As much as we loved our visit, I think we were both anxious to get back to Austin. Don't get me wrong, we love Utah, but it's crazy how much we have adapted to our life here. I still get "homesick" every once and a while, but I think the more I become involved in "life" here, the more I adjust. Now, if we could just convince all of our family members to move here, it would be perfect!
(I forgot to take any pictures, so here are some random iPhone pic's for ya!)

We loved seeing you in Utah. I didn't get any pictures of you guys either! Dang! But we treasure the moments! Love Boston's pirate turkey.
I know you have so many family members up here but oh how I would loved to have seen you for just a few minutes but I do understand the time goes so fast and so much to do maybe next time. Love ya.
