We had exactly three weeks left of summer when we got home and crammed all the fun in that we could before it was time to start school! Here are some of the fun things we did....
We went to Six Flags! It was SO hot and humid! The kids had a blast and we survived the heat! There were lots of fun rides, and thank goodness for the water park and endless refills on their drink cups!
Eva King turned 5 while we were gone, and Jenna threw her an amazing party the weekend we got home. The kids had a blast with their buddies at the party!
We found a new fun game called "Fibber". The kids have loved playing it!
There was a huge rainstorm one day and the kids were begging to go play in the rain. I finally caved and let them go out. I mean it was still almost 100 degrees outside even with the rain. They loved every minute of it!
We fit in as much pool time as possible! (Savy wanted me to take picture of her awesome pool hair!)
We went to the Quarry. It is an awesome splash park near by. The kids loved it and played for hours and hours with their cousins. Then we swapped kiddos and had a cuzzie sleepover!
We headed downtown one night to South Congress and hit some hot spots- Home Slice Pizza, Amy's Ice Cream and the Big Top Candy Shop!
We already miss you summer!!!
