March in review....

We have been anxious for spring to get here, and March brought lots of good weather and some much needed rain.  We started the month off with the kids spring carnival at school.  Dad was at a Spurs game, so mom braved the crazy crew on her own.  The kids had a blast playing games, eating treats and stocking up on our favorite kettle corn!

The kids also really look forward to the warm weather, because Kona Ice comes on early out day!

Colston is our bumps and bruises kid.  He and Boston were playing around and somehow C's face met-up with a Spiderman toy.  I couldn't resist taking this pic-love this boy!

The kids were so excited to see this cool "cart car" when we were grocery shopping at HEB.

Craig and Kailee came to visit and we finally got to meet our adorable new newphew, Brennan!

Trav surprised the kids and I, and sent us all to Utah for Spring Break.
(More about our fun week in another post).

For Christmas Trav surprised me with floor seats to Maroon 5 in Dallas.  It was so fun to get away, for a short 24 hours to be together and the concert was amazing!

Neon Trees and Owl City opened the show.  This was a cool panoramic pic I took with my iPhone when Owl City was playing "Fireflies"

We rushed home from Dallas to be home in time for Savannah's 1st grade hoedown.  I love seeing this little lady perform.  She sang and danced her little heart out!  Colston's favorite part was the "chicken dance" at the end.

We had a fun neighborhood Easter Egg hunt.  We were helping watch some cousins, so they joined in for the fun.  It was freezing that morning, but that didn't stop the kids from scoring some eggs and lots of treats and donuts!

We dyed our traditional Easter eggs.  We made sure to dye plenty, so the kids and Dad could enjoy egg salad sandwiches all week, their favorite part!

The boys had baseball pictures at the Dell Diamond.  It was such a cool backdrop, can't wait to see how they turn out.

I have to throw in another baseball picture.  I don't think there is anything cuter than a little guy in a baseball uni!

Point put up their first billboard on I-35.  We are so excited for all the growth that is happening with the company!

The Blue and Gold Banquet was this month and Boston earned his Bear award, his whittling badge and his Religious Knot.  I am so proud of my boy and so glad he loves scouts!

We spent a nice, relaxing Easter together as a family.  I have to say, it is definitely nice to have 12pm church on holidays.  We had an excellent Easter program, and since I was just recently released and it was a 5th Sunday, I loved being able to spend all three hours at church with my hubby by my side.

Oh, how I love these three cuties!
