Colston 6 1/2 Months

Some of my favorite things about Colston:

- He brightens my day with his big smile. He loves to smile and laugh and has this new smile where he flashes us with his toothless, slobbery grin!

- Colston can't hold still for too long. He doesn't have time to bother with the bumbo or his bouncer, because he would rather be on the move. And he is so close to crawling...he gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth. I love it because he has this look in his eyes and is so determined, but eventually he ends up face planting on the floor. He is a steam roller and rolls and scoots all over the place too!

- He is still my cuddle bug!!! I hope he never grow out of it, because I could cuddle with him all day long.

- He loves to eat, and is enjoying all the new baby foods he tries. He notices everything we eat, and just drools over it. (We of course have to give in and give him a taste every once and a while....he LOVES popsicles!)

- He takes three fantastic naps, and is on a great schedule. He goes to bed by 8:00pm, but still is waking up at like 5:00am every morning to eat, luckily he goes back to sleep for a few more hours after that.

- Colston loves the water!!! Whether its in the bath, shower or pool, he loves it! I am so glad he loves to swim, because that is what we do a lot of these hot summer days.

- He also loves to be outside and pays attention to every noise around him. He is so content to sit with me on the porch or stroll around the neighborhood in his stroller, and doesn't make a peep.

- He is such a mellow baby and goes with the flow, without any complaint. I think he knows he doesn't stand a chance with his two older siblings so he just happy to be a part of everything which sure makes life easier!
