October's a big month for birthdays in our family and a bunch of my bestie's too... so here's a big shout out to all you October babies.....including Kailee, my mom, Megan, Denny, Danielle, Tasha, Jeanine and my dad.....Who's birthday is actually today....Happy Birthday Daddy-o!My sister Megan turned the big 2-5 this month and we had great plans of going on a girls trip during fall break, but that didn't quite pan out. Megan ended up getting the flu, so it's probably a good thing we postponed the trip. Anyway, Trav headed off to San Diego for the BYU game and the kids and I spent lots of quality time with Aunt Meggie. A great night of shopping always makes the day for us Smith girls, then we headed over to one of our favorite places Jason's Deli for dinner. Dinner didn't turn out to be quite as delicious as usual, read HERE for more info on that crazy story. Needless to say, we had a lot fun shopping, eating and making some cute clips/headbands too. Happy Birthday Megan!

Next time you order a salad, tell them to hold the caterpillar. You only use so so much protein.
