BaTs

Since we moved to Austin, we have been told we have to go see the bats downtown at the Congress Bridge. The bats migrate here each spring from Mexico and camp out at this bridge. They come out each night at dusk to find food. We are not talking a few bats, there are like 750,000 bats and they double by the end of the summer. It was crazy to watch them come streaming out from under the bridge when it was dark. It was a pretty amazing sight!

Before heading to see the bats we ate dinner at Pappasitos. They have delicious Mexican food!
