My loving husband so willingly offered to drive me and the kids to Utah for our annual summer vacay! Every year we swear off the long drive, but you cant beat spending time with family!
As soon as we pulled in the driveway at Grammy and Papa's the kids wanted to jump in the pool. We didn't have time to dig through our luggage to find swimsuits, so their cousins offered up their suits. Only problem is, Ashlie only has girls....Colston didn't mind sporting Mylie's swim shorts!
We took an awesome hike up Provo Canyon to the "Y". The kids were amazing on the hike and didn't complain once!

Boston turned TEN!!!! He once again chose a 'big" present over a birthday party. We surprised him with an iPad mini. He was beyond excited!

We went on a fun weekend get away to Park City. We stayed at the Hyatt Escala Lodge. It was so much fun! Thanks Grammy Smith for the fun trip!

Poor Colsty got sick on the way home. He had a super high fever and threw up once. His favorite blankie was a casualty along with his clothes, we left behind on the side of the road. Poor kid, still talks about going to get blanket in Utah!
We also encountered some awesome rainstorms! Craziness!
At least someone can sleep well in the car!
We decided we needed a good meal instead of fast food on the way home.....so, we stopped at Cracker Barrel. Man, it hit the spot!
Glad we made it home safe and sound!
