{thankful....}

For family night this week, we talked about gratitude and what it means to be thankful. I read the kids a few scriptures, and we talked about some of the things we were thankful for. It amazed me that without even prompting them, Boston and Savannah, named so many things they were thankful for. I love this time of year and my heart is full of gratitude for the many wonderful blessings I have in my life.
We traced our hands and drew these turkeys, the kids picked 5 things to write on their turkey that they were the most thankful for.
(Travis was out of town and Colston was already asleep, so they missed out on the festivities.)

Boston- family, house, cousins, bed, Jesus
Savannah- family, playing at the park, singing songs, toys, food

I got a little carried away and didn't stop at five things, I think I could have filled up the whole page.

Such a cute idea! It is so amazing the things these kids know.
