Happy 4th Birthday Savannah!!!

Yesterday Savannah turned 4 years old!!! It is so hard to believe that our little princess is growing up! Savy is full of spunk and attitude and she cracks us up everyday. She gets so excited about everything and is super dramatic too. She makes up some great words too, which probably has something to do with her love for the "Fancy Nancy" and "Pinkalicious" books. Some of my favorite Savannah-ism's are "yummalicious" and "splurpified." Savy is still all girl, she is so into make-up and lip gloss and could live in dress-up clothes. She loves playing with her Bitty baby dolls, Barbies, Polly Pockets, Strawberry Shortcake dolls, you get the picture. She wants to grow her hair out like Barbie, even though I am still fighting for the cute lil' blond bob, and she also is in this phase where she wants to be a grown-up, so she can get married and be a mom. We try to convince her that being four is the best that it's not that fun to be a grown-up.

For Savannah's birthday her only request was a Barbie cake. We had a Superbowl party at our house on Sunday, so we decided to start celebrating Savy's birthday early and had Barbie cake and ice cream for dessert. On Savannah's birthday we were all actually looking forward to eating our first home-cooked meal at home, since we have been eating out for the past few weeks. So, Savy picked one of her favorite meals, chicken puffs, for dinner. Then we opened presents and had round two of the barbie cake and ice cream. Thanks to everybody for the calls, texts, visits and gifts you sure made Savannah's birthday extra special!
